  • Sensitive Data: Age, sex, weight, height, conditions that are the basis for the indication of any of Stendhal's pharmaceutical products, other previous or current conditions that could coexist with the condition that is the reason for my entry into the program and details of any symptoms or condition that could manifest during the period of use of Stendhal pharmaceutical products. 

All requested data must be provided voluntarily. If you do not wish to provide the data, Stendhal will not be able to consider it for the purposes described in this notice.
